What You’ll Need:

• 1 heaping tablespoon of Glow & Flow Detox Blend
• 1 strainer or tea infuser (optional but helpful)
• 1 cup of hot, but not boiling, water (about 8 oz.)
• A mug or jar

How to Brew:

1. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the tea blend into a strainer, infuser, or directly into your cup.
